Here is my recipe for my absolute favorite green smoothie. I make this about 3 times a week! I pack my Ninja Blender full to make enough juice to last me about 2 days, just depends on how much the Hubs drinks!
FIERCELY GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE
1/2 a lemon
Spinach-fill to the top line of the blender (can use Kale too, but I find it makes my smoothies very frothy)
1-2 teaspoons of Chia Seeds
Fill half way with water and blend for about 10 minutes!
*extras- sometimes I’ll add 1/4-1/2 of an avocado, or 1/4 of a cucumber, or wheatgrass. Just depends how I feel that day or what I have in my fridge.
