Let’s talk about one of my favorite, most often made, and easiest breakfasts! Yes I’m talking about the amazing Greek Yogurt Bowl. I love greek yogurt because it provides a high protein punch, 12g from my Chobani. Then I add in superfoods like chia seeds and hemp seeds for more protein, Omega’s, and fiber. 1TBSP of chia seeds is loaded with Omega 3’s and aprox 3 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber. While 1 TBSP of hemp seeds is loaded with Omega 6 and aprox 3.5 grams of protein and 1 gram of fiber.
GREEK YOGURT BOWL
1 serving of Chobani Greek Yogurt scooped in a bowl
1/2 of banana sliced
1/4 a cup of chopped fruit like strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
1/2 a cup of granola like Kashi
1TBSP of Chia Seeds
1TBSP of Hemp Seeds
There you have it a scrumptious breakfast bowl powered with 20+grams of protein and loaded with Omega 3’s and 6!
